Olaniyi Olopade SAN, obtained his degree in Law with honours at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University in 1989 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He also obtained his LLM in 1998 with specialty in commercial transaction and secured credit transaction from University of Lagos. He is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria with a PhD in Competition Law from ARU, Cambridge, United Kingdom.
